Look & learn full face

Service Description

You will have the opportunity of watching and taking notes on how KeO performs a full face on a live model . You can ask questions , take pictures , and take notes on steps and products. Look & Learn sessions are completed on Sunday’s and Monday’s only! Please email shanaekeo@gmail.com for Sunday appointments and possible availability Tuesday-Saturday.

Cancelation Policy

For cancellations please contact us 24 hours in advance to avoid losing deposit . Deposits are non refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment one time . Deposits cannot be transferred to another person . Late policy: 10 minutes late is a loss of deposit . You may still be serviced you will just have to pay full price at the time of service . 20 mins late is loss of appointment. You may reschedule but you will have to pay another deposit to secure your new appointment. COVID19 GUIDELINES: If you are not feeling well, or have any cold/flu like symptoms please cancel your appointment. Upon arrival you will wash your hands before sitting in the chair. I will have on a mask at all times. All brow, lash & 101 appointments are required to wear a mask as well. Obviously if you are getting a full face you cannot wear a mask. I am not being rude, but because of the circumstances, I am asking that you do not talk throughout the process. Please do not bring any extra people with you to your appointment.
